Calculating the Personal Year Number

Good morning everyone.

A few people have said that they are having trouble with the calculation of the Personal Year Number so I thought I would do a few examples today.

Lets say your birthday is

6th August 1985

In Numbers: 6.8.1985

The Universal Year is 2018. The number for this year is 2 + 1 + 8 = 11. (ignore the 0 and do not reduce the 11 as it is a Master number). If the final number is a double or master number you need to consider the meaning of both the higher (double digit value) and lower digit value. You will experience both and depending on your spiritual awareness and development this will determine how much of the master energy you experience.

To calculate the Personal Year Number we only need the day and month of birth and the Universal Year number for the current year.

For 2018 the Personal Year number for this person would be 6 + 8 + 11 = 25. You then reduce this number 2 +5 = 7. So on their birthday in August in 2018 they enter a personal year 7. This personal year number is active from birthday to birthday. On their birthday on 6th August in 2019 they would move in to a Personal Year 8.

Another example:

27th December 1945

In numbers 27.12.1945

The Universal Year Number for 2018 is 11.

The Personal Year number will be 27 + 12 + 11 = 50 = 5 + 0 = 5. You could also reduce each individual number like this: 2 + 7 = 9 + 1 + 2 = 3 + 11 For the purposes of the Personal Year number calculation you could actually count it as 1 + 1 = 2

So that would be 9 + 3 + 2 = 14 = 1 + 4 = 5

Or 9 + 3 + 11 (not reducing the 11)= 23 = 2 + 3 = 5

It doesn’t matter which way you calculate it you still end up with a personal Year 5 for the year 2018 which they went in to on 27th December 2018. This PY number stays active until their birthday in 2019. So for most of 2019 they will actually be in a Personal Year 5. On their birthday in 2019 they will move in to a Personal Year 6. You can check this by doing the calculation for 2019

The Universal Year number of r 2019 = 2+1+9 = 12. This is then reduced 1+2= 3

The Personal Year Number is 27 + 12 + 3 = 42 = 4 + 2 which reduces to 6.
